Tec Ties Timber Frame Ties are manufactured in 3 lengths to suit 50mm, 75mm and 100mm cavity widths. They are designed to fix timber framed structures up to a maximum of 4 storeys in height and are cranked to prevent moisture from crossing the cavity. Fully tested to BS EN 846-1:2003 and DD140: Part 2 (Type 6) the ties meet the technical requirements of NHBC.
